Registration deadline is seven days prior to event, class sizes are limited. Treat your reservation for classes, events and dinners that require registration as a ticket to any important event as fees are non-refundable. No class exchanges or credits are given, but you may send a substitute or if class involves supplies, they may be picked up on class day only if you are unable to attend. Early registration is advised as classes fill quickly. If class is full, your fee will be returned promptly. Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate children under 12 for programs. We are unable to hold your reservations without fee paid. Note: Your cancelled check, credit card statement or PayPal statement is your receipt and confirmation. When arriving for class, please go to the Pavillion next to the winery.

Mixed Flower Hanging Basket Make & Take Workshop - May 13, 11:00-1:30 Herb Day - May 20, 11:00-1:30 Herb Day - May 27, 11:00-1:30

During this make and take workshop you will fill a great 14” water reservoir hanging basket with flowers to bloom and enjoy throughout the garden year. This basket itself will last many seasons. Learn about new cultivars of plants for your garden. Taught by Lauren Manning. Supplies, lecture, demonstration, and lunch are included.

The day is devoted to growing and using culinary herbs as well as how to use essential oils. Sampling and recipes will be provided for using favorite cooking herbs. Two make and take workshops will be held. In one you will take home a 10” container filled with five culinary herbs. In the second lecture we teach you how to make an essential oil stress reliever roller to take home and enjoy. Supplies, lecture, demonstration, and lunch are included. Taught by Lauren and Greg Manning (horticulturist).

Want to support pollinators but don’t have the space? During this make and take workshop you will fill a 10” container with pollinator friendly plants. Because nectar is what pollinators are really after, this sweet tasting container is packed with flowers that provide a perfect banquet for all pollinators. Supplies, lecture, demonstration, and lunch are included. Taught by Lauren and Greg Manning (horticulturist).

Two demonstrations will be held. In one you will take home a 10” container filled with five mosquito repellant plants. In the second you are shown how essential oil mosquito repellant roller is made and given for you to take home and enjoy. Supplies, lecture, demonstration, and lunch are included. Succulent Container Make & Take Workshop - July 1, 11:00-1:30 Tea Blending Class - July 15, 11:00-1:00 Herb and Spice Blending Class - July 22, 11:00-1:00

You will fill a unique container (container alone retails for $18.00) with an assortment of succulents for “no care” gardening. Horticulturist, Greg Manning, will talk about his passion for succulents and sedums. Supplies, lecture, demonstration, and lunch are included.

This is a class where you will learn more about the different types of teas, their origins, proper preparation and health benefits. We will instruct on the blending process and custom blending tea with a make and take special blend of your own. Supplies, lecture, demonstration, and lunch are included.

In this class we will be learning how to use herbs and spices is fundamental to healthy, flavorful cooking. Here you will learn to blend spices to create your own flavors to suit your own palate. Create your own signature spice mix. Supplies, lecture and lunch are included.
