Treat your reservation for events and dinners that require registration as a ticket to any important event as fees are non-refundable. No exchanges or credits are given, but you may send a substitute or take the meal as a carry out if you are unable to attend.

Beef Stroganoff: Retro classic dish of lightly braised beef tips with mushrooms and onions in red wine rosemary reduction sauce finished with sour cream over parpadelle pasta. Served with charred broccolini, salad, and dinner roll. OR Marinated Chicken Breasts: Citrus marinated chicken breasts finished with whiskey, pineapple and house BBQ glaze, garnished with parsley. Served with salad, charred broccolini, wild rice pilaf with sauteed tri-color peppers, shallots and orange zest and dinner roll. OR Pan Seared Salmon: Poached in Asian spices then pan seared finished with sweet Thai chile cream and garlic chives. Served with salad, charred broccolini, wild rice pilaf with sauteed tri-color peppers, shallots and orange zest and dinner roll.


Salad accompanied with entrees: Mixed greens, toasted almonds, feta, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges with honey mustard champagne vinaigrette.
